“We used Authentic Kitchen Design for our new kitchen cabinets, pantry, mudroom, appliances, and countertops. From the start to the finish they were great. Professional, prompt, and the communication was excellent, not to mention they were extremely patient with our design to make sure our kitchen was perfect. The whole project turned out great. Thanks to Sarah / Dave / Chris / Greg and Matt.”

“My husband and I had a large scale renovation planned which included a new kitchen footprint. All we knew was that we wanted an island and a pantry. It was hard for us to reimagine our space so we contracted Authentic Kitchen & Design to bring our ideas to life and give it a true vision. Judy's design was very thoughtful, functional and beautiful. She completely tailored the design to the unique needs our family was looking for. They provided excellent communication and updates with the project from the early brainstorming phase to its completion. It was a pleasure working with them and they made an overwhelming project run as smoothly as possible.”

“Excellent service from Authentic Kitchen & Design! Trisha was our project manager during our kitchen remodel, and she was fantastic! Trisha is a true professional with strong attention to detail, excellent communicator, exceptional at follow-up communication, consistently met deadlines, coordinated deliveries and collaborated with our installer during the entire process. Our kitchen renovation went seamlessly and I am so pleased with the finished results!

Additionally, the AKD staff (Judy, Dave, etc.) were always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about our project, which indicates to me the AKD works as a team! I would definitely recommend Authentic Kitchen & Design!”

“The AKD team (specifically Erin and Dave) did an outstanding job in supporting our pantry project. When we walked in we didn’t really have a clear idea on what we wanted. Erin was our designer and she walked us through all the options and helped us develop a very nice pantry. Though this was a small project, their efforts to support us were outstanding. I would highly recommend AKD for any of your kitchen design needs.”

I would highly recommend AKD to anyone.”

“Amazing company. Amazing people. Would recommend over and over for both quality of the work and professionalism of the employees.”

“We had an incredible experience working with AKD. What began as a plan to update a different area of our home quickly evolved into something much more meaningful. Through their expertise, thoughtful guidance, and clear vision, the team helped us refocus on the true heart of our home. Looking back, it was absolutely the right decision. The result is a collection of custom pieces and intentional design elements that will be part of this home — and our family’s story — forever. That shift only happened because of the attention, care, and creativity AKD brought to the process.

From the very beginning, AKD also set themselves apart in how thoughtful they were about our day-to-day life. We were living in the home throughout the entire project. They communicated proactively, coordinated schedules carefully, and always kept our family in mind. What could have been a disruptive experience felt organized, respectful, and manageable because of their care.”

“We had an exceptional experience working with Authentic Kitchen Design on our kitchen and master bathroom/closet suite. From start to finish, their attention to detail was truly impressive, and every member of their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind.

The craftsmanship is outstanding—every element was thoughtfully designed and flawlessly executed. They took the time to understand our vision and delivered a final product that perfectly complements the aesthetic of our home.

We couldn’t be happier with the transformation. It’s not only beautiful, but also highly functional and tailored to how we live every day. We highly recommend Authentic Kitchen Design to anyone looking for quality, care, and exceptional results.”

“Two years ago we decided to build a new home. We went to Authentic Kitchen Design because we had strong ideas of what we wanted but needed lots of help with the design. We worked with David and Tricia on the designs for our kitchen, three bathrooms, living room and family room book cases, a built-in Murphy bed with shelves and a mud room! During the entire process, David and Tricia were patient, attentive and very responsive — we definitely felt like their only goal was to create rooms that we would love. They offered great design ideas and paid attention to every detail. Whenever we emailed or called with a question or concern, we heard back from them quickly.
Our experience working with David and Tricia, was beyond exceptional.”

“AKD helped us design bathroom and laundry spaces that meet our specific needs. Their workmanship is very thorough - the job wasn't done until it was perfect!”

“We recently redid our kitchen with Val as our designer, and she was extremely helpful, always giving me ideas or helping to narrow down selections. She was patient but also kept me on track. Once the project started moving, Dave became our primary contact, and he was so great to work with. He communicated proactively and I felt like I always knew the status of the various moving parts, who was going to be onsite and when, etc. Even though I worked directly with these two individuals, everyone at AKD was very friendly, professional, and timely. We cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, AKD team!”
