"Their customer service was outstanding! David Nickerson went above and beyond to help us even though we were never their customers. My girlfriend bought a house several years that had Wood-Mode cabinets installed over twenty years ago. The cabinets are in great shape but the upper Lazy Susan wasn’t working right. I determined that the lower bracket was worn out. I called David to see if Wood Mode has any replacement parts. Within a couple of days, he found out that Wood-Mode doesn’t use that bracket anymore. But he did say they had just one bracket left and they would ship it to me. I just got the bracket and the cabinet works like new! AKD is great to work with!"

From start to finish, David and Sarah were incredible and such a pleasure to work with. Excellent communication, very knowledgeable, professional and just overall wonderful people. They did a fantastic job designing my dream kitchen. I had my heart set on quarter-sawn oak cabinets and David made that possible. They are gorgeous and my kitchen is more beautiful than I even imagined it would be. I can tell they truly enjoy what they do and I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out.
