Amber is passionate about creating thoughtful, functional spaces that not only look beautiful but truly feel like home. With a sharp eye for detail, creativity, and a love for design, she brings both skill and heart to every project. Joining the Authentic Kitchen & Design team has allowed her to jump in, learn, and grow alongside a collaborative crew while helping clients bring their visions to life.
Outside of the studio, Amber wears many hats; wife, proud mom of six (yes, six!), matcha enthusiast, and dedicated DIYer. Whether she’s refreshing a space, tackling a hands-on project, or finding new ways to make daily life both practical and beautiful, Amber thrives in the balance of creativity and function.
Amber studied Interior Design and Graphic Design at Baker College. Later, life took her in a new direction as she pressed pause on design to focus on motherhood and earned a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant, a field she’s worked in since 2016. But design never left her. From fixing up dated homes her family lived in to bringing old spaces back to life, Amber has always been drawn to the messy, fulfilling process of transformation.
When she discovered Authentic Kitchen & Design, it all clicked – the people, the purpose, and the creative spark she had been missing. Now, she’s embracing this new chapter: doing what she loves, while raising a wild and wonderful crew of six with her husband (her biggest supporter who, for the record, does not share her love of DIY – and that’s okay).
Amber believes every home tells a story, and she’s committed to helping clients write theirs – making spaces that are not just functional and beautiful, but truly lived in and loved.
